From parking to leaving, it probably took Michael under 45 seconds to help me retrieve my keys locked in. Great service, super fast, and very professional! Happy to have college towing in town!

It took 15 minutes for the first flat bed to show up but we had messages before hand we were in a parking structure so it took about 3 hours for the next truck that could get us out to show up. Once they did the guys was super efficient and got us on to the next stop. AAA covered the first 7 miles but the next 8 cost $95.

Amazing service from Cameron who was very helpful and knowledgeable and kind and patient. He went out of his way to help us when our car broke down. He made the experience not as stressful as it could have been and he was very attentive.

Im in shock !!!! I called tripple a because i ran out of fuel .. 7 mins later I received a phone call and 4 mins later dan was at my door… wow 🤩 very sweet kind young man … was very careful with putting gas in and never made a mess .. i give dan 20 plus plus … thank u college towing for sending him out to my location….p.s if u ever call college towing ask for dan HIS THE MAN LOL

David was fantastic! We had a tire blow out at the top of Cuesta Grade north bound. We had a van full of people and our luggage. David took care of us. We never had to exit the vehicle in that dangerous area. He was able to quickly get to our temporary spare and put it on. He explained the best way to turn around to get back to SLO. Thank you SO MUCH DAVID!! Bravo!

My vehicle broke down at the top of the Cuesta Grade so AAA dispatched College Towing out. As soon as Scotty came he asked if we were safe and ok. After spending an amazing weekend at the KOA, our 4Runner wouldn't start. AAA sent a truck with 2 kids to come out and jump our battery. They were unable to jump our battery and told us we would need a tow because it sounded like the starter. AAA then sent College towing and Delmer showed up. He asked what's going on? We updated him, he said " did two kids in a truck show up?" We said "Yup" he then shook his head and proceeded to jump start our car. He explained what the starter would have sounded like if indeed it was the starter and sent us on our happy way! Thank you Delmer for taking the time to question and explain. Most likely saved us a lot of money.

College Towing was there for my charity director of rancho de Los animales for the disabled. She almost had to spend the night at the Sunset Drive when College Towing came to the rescue, along with a few other people to help as well. All her vehicles are now in working order. A large owl hit our car while southbound on 101 near Arroyo Grande before 7:00 am Sunday morning. The left fender was badly damaged and rubbing the tire, so we needed a tow home. We called AAA and they dispatched Scotty with College Towing. He arrived in under an hour (and that is good for an early Sunday call-out!). He made sure we were okay and then watched for oncoming traffic so we could safely exit the vehicle (parked on the 101 shoulder). He quickly (and safely!) got our car on the flatbed. Scotty was friendly, personable, and efficient. We were back home quickly, and he was careful in offloading our car so no more damage was done. We highly recommend Scotty and College Towing to anyone who needs towing service. Thank you Scotty, and blessings!

College towing has definitely been the best towing place that I have had business with they were super friendly, understanding, and helpful. They let me park my car right next to the vehicle I was emptying out instead of having to carry everything way outside the gates. Even tho I went right at closing time they still allowed me to get all my things out of the car and they didn't rush me at all nor were they standing there bugging me well I emptied my car out! Over all this is the place I would choose if I ever had to choose a tow place to work with!

I locked my keys in my car at Costco...no sooner did I call AAA did this truck and guy appear. Lickety-split he had my car open my keys in my hand and he was on his way and so was I. Nice kind guy and service was great. Appreciate the speedy service today! I'm a 38 year member of AAA for a reason!

Today (December 26) our van broke down on the side of the Questa grade outside of San Luis Obispo. Delmar, our driver, arrived in under 20 minutes and took us all the way home to Santa Cruz. He was professional, kind and a magician! He was able to back our van into our driveway on a tiny street in Santa Cruz. We were super grateful and impressed. Thank you College Towing. Mike is the BEST!!!

Not only super quick but courteous too. My car died in front of my grandson's elementary school and College Towing was there within less than 10 minutes to give us a jump. I had a feeling that my car battery was not going to keep the charge so Mike offered to follow us to make sure we made it, what a nice guy! Keep him because he's a gem!

I needed my car towed and called AAA. I had a young man come to my house and greeting me with a big smile. That was the first good part. Yesterday I had a different service come out and it was a bad experience. I have had College Towing help me in the past and they have always been good so I requested them. The young man was knowledge, very nice, respectful, and so easy to work with. I am happy I suggested College Tow and I had a good experience with my service today. It could not have been better. All I needed was a tow but my driver Luis was incredible. He went above and beyond and got my car to start (I had been trying for a week).

Yesterday my car broke down on Questa grade outside San Luis we called AAA for a tow and collage towing came to my puppy and my rescue!! Michael my tow driver was amazing! He was exceptionally professional, kind and customer service is a 10! And extra understanding and welcoming to my puppy and I.

As a woman it is a scaring thing sitting on the side of the highway with a puppy and expecting someone who you know nothing about to pick you up and drive you home. I live in Santa Barbara and was 115 miles away and had to sit in a truck with this stranger. Michael made me and my puppy feel safe and comfortable and not for one moment felt fear for my safety.

The lady whom I don't remember her name kept calling and checking in on me while We waited and only waited for a long period because of a unfortunate 4 car reck that stopped traffic for many hours. She made sure we were safe and double checked on where we were. Collage towing and the employees need to be recognized for their amazing customer service!!

Great customer service... Answered the phone right away, sent a truck (literally) down the street. All I needed was air in a tire to get me to a tire store. Solid service.

We had a flat tire on 101 in the middle of a very foggy rainstorm. Turned off on stagecoach road. Totally deserted. After a very annoying AAA call we waited. Tow driver called and couldn't find us as operator hadn't told him we turned off 101. He assured us not to worry and found us quickly. He was so nice and efficient. He then told us where to buy a new tire and asked if he could do anything more. Great service

John is literally a saint. My tire blew on the southbound 101 and I had 1% battery on my phone. He showed up quickly, let me charge my phone in his truck, and called multiple tire places to make sure I could get a new tire before continuing the drive back to Santa Barbara. He even escorted me to the tire place since I couldn't map it on my phone. Will definitely call them if I ever need their services!

John came and tried everything he could think of to get our car running..unfortunately he wasn't able to and had to tow it but he was very friendly and turned a frustrating event into a pleasant experience. He even called us back to let us know our car had been dropped off and keys in the service drop box of the dealership. Honestly, hoping I won't ever need two service again but if I do, I will definitely call them!

Within 15 minutes of calling College Towing this morning there was someone, Cliff, in my driveway. My car was not starting and wouldn't even make a sound when I turned the key, and since jump starting it did nothing I figured it was time to have it towed in. Cliff looked at my battery, carefully cleaned away some corrosion and tightened the connections and the engine roared to life.

Many towing companies would have been content with rigging up my little car, towing it to the repair shop one mile away and handing me the bill. Twenty minutes and $45 later my car was up and running! I greatly appreciate that the time was taken to evaluate the problem, especially when it turned out to be such a quick fix.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! My car broke down near SLO and we were not from the area so we randomly called this company. They estimated 20 minutes to get there, but he arrived in less than 10 minutes and this was the best towing experience I could've asked for. Larry was super kind and helpful, he recommended a shop and took care of the entire thing, and it made what could've been an extreme headache something so much simpler. Good job guys!

I had to get a tow today because I broke down. When the driver came pick up my car, he was actually asking me questions about what was wrong with it and seemed interested in trying to help me fix my car. He had me crank it so he could hear the noise it was making. How nice is that? I mean, what if he actually had me try something that fixed my issue and got me running so that I didn't even need a tow? Most places seem like they're just about the money, but these guys are genuinely nice. A+

I was with my boyfriend at a hotel in San Luis Obispo when his car broke down. We called for a tow truck through AAA and one from College Towing arrived promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, told us that the car's transmission was the problem and towed us to their shop to wait for a truck with a flatbed.

The wait was a little long, but our tow truck guy was so personable that it wasn't a big deal. We ended up being towed from San Luis Obispo back to Oakland, and that's quite a ways away.

These guys really know how to treat their customers! Highly recommended.

My car broke down last night and needed to be towed for the second time in a month, so needless to say I was a bit frustrated. I called AAA and Zack from College Towing showed up within the hour and gave me first class service from start to finish.

I am a nanny and had the 6 year old little boy with me whom I care for, and he was very exited to ride in a huge tow-truck for the first time. Zack was very friendly and made it a fun and enjoyable experience for both the child and myself. I never thought I'd say having my car break-down would be a positive experience, but Zack's genuine personality and sense of humor made me forget about my car troubles, for which I can't thank him enough.

I scheduled an appointment, and they were a little late. However, they took care of my car's problem in like 3 minutes after they got here, saving me the trip and money to visit a Honda dealership. Bobbie and his assistant were both super friendly, so overall a great experience! Highly recommended!

These guys rocked it. I had locked my keys inside my vehicle. When I called my husband , who was out of town, he said, that they'd never be able to get into your vehicle because It has an automatic locking mechanism. Well, these guys were incredible (and a bit brilliant) because they were able to get around the rapid fire self-locking mechanism. Kudos to Neil and John. You guys made my day. And you were funny to boot!

I have a BMW M3 which requires a little more attention when it comes to towing due to it's lower ground effects and all. It's generally recommended to tow these things on a flat bed trailer, too. Well a young guy named Zack shows up and this guy takes care of my car as if it was his own.

He knew exactly what to do to get the car on the trailer properly (using the screw in eyelet tow hook in the front bumper) to winch the car up on the trailer, to using wood blocks to get it off the trailer so that the front spoiler wouldn't rub against the trailer or ground as it rolled off.

The guys was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. First class service!

Extremely fast and painless (the driver beat me to where I left my truck). Driver worked around my forgetting the keys and even braved the vintage '79 three-speed transmission to pull my truck into my carport once we made it home.

I use AAA for all my towing and auto needs. I live in San Luis Obispo so AAA sent out College towing and a flatbed tow truck with a driver named Ken. Ken arrived within 15min asked me what was wrong so I told him, he took one look at my engine and heard me try to start the car (which wasn't working) he pulled out a few tools and tried a few things and within no time he had my car running again. It really goes to show how much Ken and College towing goes that extra mile to ensure that the, very knowledgeable, drivers will try everything they can to get you back on the road before they have to tow your car to a shop. We were starting our vacation when our truck & trailer broke down 4 hrs of our 6 to our destination. Michael is the best! He saved us twice in one day and went out of his way by making us (2 moms & 2 teen girls) feel like family. We couldn't find a rental car anywhere around nor did the dealership have a loaner car. Michael came back and towed our trailer to our destination. It could have been a disastrous day. Thank you Michael for your services!

Our town truck driver was Shawn. He was polite, courteous, professional, and very reassuring. He showed up twenty minutes earlier than the predicted AAA time. Picked up my broken down van in the middle of the parking lot with ease and dropped it off neatly at the auto shop.

College Towing has helped me out more than a few times. (Key locked in car, bad battery, tow to dealer) and today they helped out once again! Thanks to AAA service and College Towing South they have been always on point, arrived each time in less than 15 min.!! and the driver (Steve) was great...filling my tire with air and helped me contact a tire station (Medinas) not more than 2 miles away...they fixed the tire in a short time period. I just want to give College Towing a shout out and kudos for having such a great staff!! Thanks Steve!!
